The Plexus Health Training Center provides health training courses and readiness solutions for organizations. Educational content on the website and blog is for general awareness and is not a substitute for accredited hands-on training or medical advice.

Courses are booked through our store on the Salla platform. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and a confirmation message is received. Prices are in Saudi riyals as displayed in the store at the time of purchase.

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling requests are subject to the return policy published in the store at the time of purchase. The center may postpone or cancel a course for organizational reasons, offering an alternative date or a refund.

Certificates are issued after full attendance and successful completion of the course's theory and practical assessments. Please arrive on time; entry may not be permitted once the practical session has started.

Trainees must follow the instructor's directions and center rules, and inform the instructor in advance of any health condition that may prevent participation in practical training.

Programs delivered to organizations are governed by the approved quote or the signed contract between the parties, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

All website content, training materials, logos and marks are the property of Plexus Health Company and may not be copied or used without written permission.

We take due care over the accuracy of our content and the quality of our training; the center is not responsible for misuse of published information outside accredited training.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with jurisdiction for the competent courts in Jeddah.
